This page explains the withdrawal and return rules that apply to physical and digital products sold through Story Racers.

Withdrawal right

Consumers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible purchases, according to applicable law.
The withdrawal period starts from the day the physical product is received.

How returns work

To request a return, contact us at contact@storyracers.com.
We will communicate the return steps, return address, and confirmation flow after receiving the request.
Unless otherwise stated in checkout or required by law, return shipping responsibility is communicated during the return process.

Digital products

For ebooks, PDFs, or other digital content, the withdrawal right can be lost once supply begins.
This applies only after the customer gives explicit prior consent before completing the purchase.

Refund timing

Eligible refunds are processed after the returned product is received or after valid proof of return is provided, depending on the case.
Payment refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
