Use of service

• You agree to use Story Racers only for lawful educational purposes.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your profile PIN and device access.
• You must not attempt to disrupt service integrity, security, or fair leaderboard behavior.

Accounts and access

• Physical book access codes can be one-time use.
• Digital and challenge access may require payment, voucher, or valid activation flow.
• We may disable abusive or fraudulent accounts.

Ordering, payment, and invoicing

• Payments are processed through Stripe checkout.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed in checkout before order confirmation.
• A fiscal invoice is issued for placed orders.
• Displayed prices are final prices; any delivery cost is shown clearly before payment completion.
• Book, digital, and challenge access prices can differ by product.

Delivery

• Available delivery methods are shown in checkout before payment confirmation.
• Estimated delivery timing and covered delivery zones are communicated before order completion.
• If a product is digital, access is provided according to the product page and checkout flow.

Withdrawal and returns

• Consumers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal right for eligible purchases, according to applicable law.
• Return conditions, return address, and any return shipping responsibility are communicated in the applicable checkout or support flow.
• For ebooks, PDFs, or other digital content, the withdrawal right may be lost once supply begins, but only after the customer gives explicit prior consent.

• Books, challenges, visuals, and platform assets are protected intellectual property.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell content without written permission.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited under applicable copyright law.
